Accounting / Finance - Associate Revenue Accounting Projects
Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Finance Division. He/she will liase with the Accountants, Assistant Managers and Operation team to agree on the set of test scenarios needed to validate each project that Revenue Accounting Projects Department embarks on, and to perform the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and update the status of the UAT thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with the accountants and Asst Managers as well as the Operation team to agree on the set of test scenarios
- Understand the requirement and solution of the system changes made, if any so that appropriate test cases can be proposed.
- Understand the current business process and ensure that sufficient test cases have been created for the regression testing.
- Liaise with Operation team to ensure that the test cases proposed are appropriate for the UAT.
2. Perform the User Acceptance Testing
3. Update the status of the UAT
- Provide feedback on the progress of the UAT.
- Liaise with vendor and project team on issues identified during the UAT.
- Monitor and work with vendor to ensure that the changes would be delivered per targeted deadline.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, preferably with Commerce or Business proficiency
- Meticulous
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good analytical skills
- Effective communications
