Assistant Manager Total Reward (Regional)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Human Resources Division, within the Total Rewards Department. He/She will support the development and execution of a robust reward strategy that ensures competitive returns on investment and effectively attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Annual Salary Review Process: Support the end-to-end management of the annual salary review cycle, including compensation cycle planning, system readiness, communication, and closing activities (e.g., data upload and validation).
  • Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking: Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and conduct benchmarking to ensure salary structures and benefits offerings remain competitive
  • Job Evaluation: Conduct annual job evaluations as part of the headcount planning process, ensuring roles and compensation align with business needs.
  • Consultation & Advisory: Provide advice to HR teams and business leaders on all aspects of total rewards to drive alignment with business objectives.
  • Job Architecture & Pay Components Maintenance: Maintain and update job architecture and pay components within SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • HR Operations Oversight: Provide guidance and support in HR operations, ensuring the efficient execution of processes 
  • Generative AI Use Case Creation: Leverage generative AI tools to identify and create innovative use cases that enhance the effectiveness of reward strategies and HR processes.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess a University Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources / Business
  • Professional certification and accreditation in Rewards will be a plus
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience, with regional compensation experience
  • Familiar with SuccessFactors
