Associate Digital Experience (Micro-Learning) - 2 Years Contract
Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Corporate Learning Centre (CLC) of SIA Human Resource Division. He/she will design, build and launch engaging micro-learning experiences that drive real performance outcomes. He/she will translate complex topics into short, mobile-enabled lessons using modern authoring tools, AI-driven video, and open-source platforms. He/she partner with subject-matter experts, iterate quickly, measure impact, and continuously improve content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop and launch micro-learning

Design micro-learning content aligned to business goals microlearning best practices (just-in-time, spaced practice, scenario-based).

Develop interactive modules with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline) and produce AI/animated video explainers using tools like Synthesia or alternatives.

Script, storyboard, and prototype lessons; write concise microcopy, knowledge checks, and job aids.

Build assessments, branching scenarios, and simulations; package to SCORM standards and publish to LMS.

Edit and optimise media (audio cleanup, screen capture, simple motion graphics); maintain brand and visual consistency.

Localise and version content (multilingual subtitles, culturally aware examples) using efficient workflows.

Collaborate with SMEs, Product, and HR/Enablement to gather requirements, validate content, and meet timelines.

Run Quality Assurance across devices/browsers; fix defects; manage version control and documentation.

Use learning analytics to report on engagement, completion, knowledge retention; recommend improvements.

Execute content release plans and campaigns in LMS/LXP

Maintain content libraries, templates, and style guides; contribute to a reusable microlearning design system.

Stay current on tools, trends (AI in learning, social and gamified learning), and compliance requirements.
2. Ensure that all the necessary resources and logistics are allocated, delivered and set up for courses to run smoothly.
- Pre-course administration: Facilitate course registration, set up courses/ classes in LMS, send course confirmation to participants, coordinate learning resources e.g. Hotel, Classroom, Security Access
- During-course administration: Ensure smooth F&B service with catering vendors and resolve ad-hoc issues e.g. equipment failure, last-minute changes.
- Post-course administration: Identify opportunities to improve learner experience, facilitate payment for hotel and learning provider.
Requirements

Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Digital Marketing and/or IT

1-3 years of experience in digital content, digital marketing or eLearning development or a relevant internship/ portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability

Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360) and an AI/Video tool (e.g. Synthesia) or equivalent content authoring tools

Solid writing skills for scripts, microcopy, and assessment; attention to clarity and tone

Basic media skills on screen recording, simple video editing, audio cleanup

Able to work independently and adhering to specified deadlines

Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage stakeholders and business users
