Associate Flight Operations Rostering

Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Flight Operations Rostering Executive (Fleet Planner) and be part of the Flight Operations Rostering team, responsible for planning and tracking the roster of over 2,000 pilots operating 6 different fleets (B737, B787, B777, B744F, A350 and A380) of aircraft.

He/She will also handle roster matters related to the training needs of the pilots for one of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign courses and line training flights/checks to ensure crew maintain their required qualifications and recency
• Amend roster and assign flights in event of flight schedule changes
• Ensure all flights are appropriately and fully manned by qualified pilots
• Ensure fair distribution of flights and flying hours among the crew rostered
• Ensure roster does not violate any rostering rules.

Requirements
A good diploma in any discipline is required.
You need to be IT proficient, have strong competence in working with systems and data.
Some operational and planning work experience will be advantageous.
