Associate Loyalty Marketing (Finance and Admin)
Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the Quality Mgt & Administration (Loyalty Marketing Department) of Marketing Planning division.
Key responsibilities
Administrative work
- IT coordinator for the department
- Raise Service Request Management System (SRMS) for installation of new software or PC support when required
- Raise iCare ticket for PC and/or printer issues
- Arrange for relevant system accesses for Loyalty Marketing department (LMD) staff
Finance duties
1. Dept budget coordination
- Coordinate annual budget planning
- Coordinate budgets overruns and forecasting reports to Finance (FIN) and assist in virement.
2. Billing, Invoice processing & issuance
- Monthly preparation of month-end accruals and budget vs expenditure reports to FIN
- Raise and track 3rd party invoices for verification, approval
3. Cover for Finance-related matters
Servicing Admin
1. Crediting of KrisFlyer (KF) Miles
2. Manual crediting of retro miles for partners and station promotions which cannot be KrisFlyer loyalty database automated
3. Debit and credit of name mismatched accruals (adhoc) after verification by Servicing colleagues
4. KF Partnerships admin
Quality Management
1. Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) fraud investigation to address fraud and liaise with biz partners, frontliners, Air Partners (airlines)/Non-Air Partners (e.g. hotels, car rentals, retail)
2. Daily Quality Management (QM) reports for suspicious activities
3. Audit manage test production accounts
4. QM automation projects
5. Cover duties of fellow QM colleagues who are away from office
Any other duties and projects assigned
Where required, to assist with any other duties assigned by the department heads.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline. Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be digitally savvy and comfortable working with systems and applications.
