Associate Sales Operations & Admin (Agency Desk)

Job Description

 

The successful candidate will be part of SIN Sales, under SIA's Region Southeast Asia.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all enquiries from travel agencies. Handle ticketing and reservations on ticket time limit extensions, name errors, air ancillaries, rebooking of flights, fare-related enquiries, waiver requests, reissuance appeals and all service requests relating to passengers’ bookings. 
  • Liaise with Agency Sales Account Managers to investigate customers’ feedback or complaints on travel agency.
  • Review and investigate agent debit memo appeals and prepare supporting documentation. 
  • Arrange and co-ordinate with SIN Hub / Stations on special handlings for medical cases, pets, unaccompanied minors, extra seats for sports and music equipment, firearms handling as well as VIP / CIP handling.
  • Addressing travel agent enquiries via Agency Desk hotline
  • Conduct engagement events and briefings for travel agents and trade partners 
  • Performing any other assigned duties

 

Requirements

  • A diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience in reservations and ticketing (ARD) will be an advantage
  • Customer-focused and results-focused
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
