Business Analyst (Sales Excellence)
Job Description
The successful candidate will spearhead the strategic integration of Generative AI technologies to revolutionize our B2B Sales and Servicing operations in Global and Corporate Sales Department in Sales and Marketing Division. This role exists to identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that transform traditional business processes into more efficient, scalable, and customer-centric workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and analyse existing B2B Sales and Servicing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation
- Develop a strategic roadmap for GenAI integration across the B2B customer journey
- Design and implement reimagined workflows leveraging Generative AI technologies
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and Data Science teams to build and deploy AI-powered solutions
- Lead process automation initiatives using GenAI to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of GenAI implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Experience in business transformation, process optimization, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer service operations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Knowledge of GenAI platforms and their business applications
- Experience with workflow automation tools and systems integration
- Project management expertise with a track record of successful implementation
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technologies to non-technical stakeholders
- Change management experience
