Cargo - Associate Cargo Key Accounts & Verticals
Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Cargo Division, Cargo Sales Department. He/she is expected to manage the verticals data and perform monthly analysis and reporting to the key stakeholders. He/she will also be involved in the daily operations for verticals products as well as in the implementation of any new verticals projects to grow the verticals business for Cargo.
Key responsibilities
1. Data Management & Analysis
- Gather data from various departments to prepare monthly reports (e.g., sales, operations, finance, etc.).
- Compile and analyse data to create accurate, clear, and concise monthly performance reports.
- Present findings in a structured format and highlight key insights for review.
- Ensure that all reports are submitted on time and meet company standards.
2. Other projects/ duties
- Support the operations of Key accounts and Verticals which may include coordination of information from stations for certain cargo types and tracking of data logger program.
- Assist in the implementation of verticals related projects (i.e. Track and Trace for Healthcare verticals)
3. Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, planning for meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
- Organize and coordinate office activities and events as needed.
- Assist with office-related tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- A diploma in any discipline
- Proficiency in Excel and detail-oriented
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects
- Positive energy and attitude
