Cargo - Associate Cargo Safety Security & Compliance

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Cargo Division. He/She will support operational and administrative functions in Cargo Safety Security and Compliance department to maintain oversight of all Cargo operations in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support administrative functions including updating of investigations, audit plans, compliance records, billings etc. 
• Support with investigation of safety or quality and compliance related incidents for cargo division.
• Support department management of Cargo Quality (Safety & Security) Assurance system including the monitoring of Safety performance statistics and KPIs.
• Maintain the audit schedule (Safety & Security) and track operational line audits and follow up with auditors.
• Maintain and monitor compliance related matters including within cargo division and for sanctions related screening
• Conduct operational audits, if need arises. 

Requirements

• Diploma, preferably in the field of aviation, logistics or safety management. 
• General administrative work experience. 
• Experience in aviation, logistics, safety and quality related fields helpful but not mandatory.
• Data Analytics – being able to identify and process operational data according to required formats
• Process Improvement & Optimization – being able to identify process improvement and optimisation opportunities
• Productivity Improvements – being able to provide insights and generate ideas to improve productivity in the workplace as well as present inputs to next level for further validation
• Workplace communication - Using knowledge of basic communication skills to develop and maintain positive relationships and mutual trust within the workplace
