Cargo - Executive/ Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Cargo Marketing and Airline Partnerships
Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Cargo Division’s Cargo Sales & Marketing Department, where he/she will be responsible for reviewing marketing campaigns to strengthen the airline’s brand positioning and enhance the competitiveness of commercial initiatives. The role also involves managing strategic partnerships and corporate relationships with partner airlines, while supporting the Sales teams in driving effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review media proposals and develop marketing creatives for the Marketing Department.
- Develop strategic and tactical marketing materials to promote the airline’s network, products, and services. Collaborate with regional teams to align station initiatives with corporate objectives, ensuring cohesive execution of strategic priorities.
- Develop and coordinate interview opportunities and feature articles with cargo industry publications and trade magazines.
- Strengthen commercial collaborations with interline partners to enhance network connectivity and channel cargo traffic through the Singapore hub.
- Establish and renew Interline Traffic Agreements (ITA), while cultivating strategic partnerships through Special Prorate Agreements (SPA) and Block Space Agreements (BSA) to optimise cargo flow and revenue generation. Lead negotiations on commercial terms and manage contractual processes by liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Compile and validate monthly interline cargo data to monitor shipment volumes, revenue contributions, and route utilisation.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with one to two years of experience in a Marketing or Sales role.
- Fresh graduates with a relevant university degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly motivated and able to perform effectively under pressure and tight timelines, with strong time management and organisational abilities.
