Cargo - Reservation & Sales Support

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Singapore Sales (Cargo) team. He/She will prepare contracts, file rates in iCargo and ensure correct billing for Unit Load Device (ULD) shipments and other shipments with exceptions

Job Requirements

• Ensure ULD billings are accurate as per contracts.
• Ensure billings in iCargo are prompt and accurate.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of contracts.
• Send out Class Rates to agents
• Support the departmental requirement to handle booking request/reservation support the departmental needs.
• Attend agent enquiry and changes in flights are communicated to customers if required 

Requirements

• Diploma holder. 
• Experience in Cargo knowledge. 
• Knowledge on iCargo and Cosys+ system 
• Diploma Holder with accounting knowledge
