Cargo - Reservation Officer

Job Description

The successful candidate will perform reservations duties, including handling of car queues, clearing Sin Sales inbox and pre-flight activities with the objective of maximizing space utilization and revenue/tonnage

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Customer Experience

  • Booking requests from agents and enquiries are promptly attended to
  • Provide alternatives to agents

 

Operational Excellence

  • Sending pre-alerts to relevant stakeholders. 

 

Customer Experience

  • Ensure agents have adequately equipped with ULDs for buildup. 
  • Attend agent enquiry and changes in flights are communicated to customers

 

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements 
  • Minimize mishandling 

 

Requirements

  • Diploma Holder 
  • Experience in Cargo operations in airline preferred 
  • Experience in fronting customer
  • Knowledge on iCargo and Cosys+ system 
  • DG knowledge and heavy cargo handling knowledge preferred 
  • Meticulous and customer service oriented
