Customer Affairs Manager

Job Description

 

The successful candidate will be a part of the Customer Affairs Department, within the Customer Services & Operations Division

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Play an important role in managing and building relationships with SIA customers.
  • Attend to customer feedback promptly and take actions to restore customer confidence.
  • Work closely with various business units to establish the cause of customer concerns and address servicing gaps.
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives to raise customer service standards.


Requirements

  • Possess a university degree.
  • Required to possess emotional maturity and passion for customer service, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have a flair for and enjoy writing
  • With 3 to 5 years’ working experience in customer service jobs or with work experience in the airline industry will have an advantage.
  • Note: This will be a 4-year contract position
