Executive (Revenue Management System - Sales Integration)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Cargo Division, Cargo Sales & Marketing Department.  He/She is to sharpen the overall competitiveness of our commercial activities through leveraging on the use of technology. The key area that the position will cover is to ensure successful sales integration of Revenue Management System (RMS) and change management for improved business processes to drive cargo revenue and growth. 
The revenue management system will be the backbone system for revenue management activities within cargo, including delivery of real time pricing to our sales team, online distribution portals or marketplaces. The candidate will help with project implementation to improve operational efficiency to deliver and meet company Key Performance Indication (KPI). 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand current cargo business process in the existing business environment. 
  • Review business requirement, communicate product vision/ business requirements and clear priorities to the vendor and stakeholders. 
  • Prepare quality test scenarios to verify current system behaviour and UAT for revenue management system (RMS) and it’s the interfaces systems. 
  • Ensure key project milestone are met for successful integration of revenue management system with existing sales processes, online marketplaces with real time pricing/offers. 
  • Ensure full compliance with IT security and control guidelines, segregation of duties and information handling for the new system implementation. 
  • Preparation of training manual and references guides after implementation. Documentation of processes and SOPs 

 

Requirements

  • Possess a University Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years of Sales/Operations experience, preferably in the cargo industry
  • Strong marketing knowledge and understanding of the local cargo market, supply chain management and logistics
  • Good communication with strong conceptual thinking, problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Tech savvy and collaborative team player. Highly motivated individual
  • Able to perform under stress with tight timeline, good time management 
  • Project management and change management ability.
