Executive Cabin Crew Learning and Development
Job Description
The successful candidate will ensure that the training developed for SIA cabin crew is holistic and of high standards, so that the crew are aligned to SIA’s company mission, corporate objectives and core values, while at the same time developing SIA cabin crew so that they reveal themselves to be professionals committed to delivering quality customer service during their career with SIA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage training grants, audit requirements, and risk assessment activities while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory guidelines.
- Administer and improve digital platforms and systems, ensuring they remain effective, user-friendly, and aligned with operational needs.
- Develop engaging e-learning, micro-learning, and multimedia content to enhance learning experiences and support staff development.
- Conduct interviews, evaluations, and data analysis to assess programme effectiveness, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Support departmental planning and operations by coordinating activities, managing administrative matters, and balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders through committees and taskforces to support organisational projects and goals.
- Drive process improvements and digitalisation efforts by introducing automation, streamlining workflows, and improving the use of technology in daily operations.
Requirements
- Possess a university Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in project management, including project planning and the use of project management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience in product management, encompassing requirements gathering, user needs analysis, and quality assurance testing.
- Experience in e-learning development using Articulate 360 and familiarity with AI technologies would be an added advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills, with knowledge of data visualisation tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant training and adult learning certifications (e.g., ACTA, ACLP, or DACE) will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in administrative, training coordination, or operations support functions.
- Proven ability to manage enrolment processes, scheduling, and training logistics is preferred.
- Experience working with multiple systems while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital tools (e.g., system testing, content development) is an advantage.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment and engaging with multiple stakeholders is beneficial.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detailed oriented, analytical with a keen sense for numbers.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Resourceful and adaptable team player.
