Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Sales Excellence (Dashboard, Tools, Analytics)

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Sales and Marketing Division, Global and Corporate Sales Department (GCSD). He/She will join the Center of Sales Excellence (COSE) team. The candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to design, enhance, and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for our global sales teams. The role includes collaborating with colleagues worldwide to understand business needs, conducting data analysis, and using data visualization best practices to build interactive, intuitive dashboards and other sales analytics solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global & Corporate Sales Department in formulating and executing global sales strategies to grow SIA’s revenue and market share.
  • Provide analytical support to GCSD Global Account Managers (GAMs) and Corporate Sales Executives (CSEs), generating insights by synthesizing information from multiple data sources.
  • Equip SIA’s global sales force with timely, intuitive sales insights through tools and dashboards (e.g. identifying leads, shortlisting corporates for tactical campaigns, cross‑selling opportunities, and diagnosing performance issues).
  • Track regional, station, and Origin–Destination (OD) performance, including forward loads and inventory availability, to surface selling opportunities for Global Account Managers (GAMs) and Corporate Sales Executives (CSEs).
  • Partner with agency sales teams to design and refine effective, competitive global agency incentive schemes.
  • Conduct studies to evaluate the impact of sales interventions at account and market levels, and recommend actions to improve overall sales performance.
  • Own and further develop sales dashboards and reporting templates for global sales stakeholders (global, regional, General Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Planning, and GCSD).
  • Enhance and maintain performance metrics within sales dashboards to ensure relevance and usability.
  • Create and standardize sales templates and toolkits for deployment across SIA’s global sales force.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Airline sales experience and/or a strong understanding of key drivers of airline sales is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Commercially minded, well organised, and a strong team player.
  • Meticulous, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Proficient in Tableau Desktop for developing interactive, user friendly dashboards and visualisations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem solving skills and sound decision making abilities.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and creativity in visual design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and data storytelling skills, particularly in synthesising insights from large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau Prep, and VBA is advantageous but not essential.
