Executive / Senior Executive Business Analytics (Customer Experience)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Buisness Analytics Department of Customer Experience Division.

  • Lead and develop customer-centric analytics initiatives (i.e. data ingestion, dashboards creation and enhancements, application of statistical and data science models)

     - Collaborate with the data analytics squad and business units (BUs) to raise user stories and requirements, based on Agile Kanban methodology

     - Perform analytics and statistical work using tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Gen AI to gain insights and identify focus areas

  • Drive adoption and regular usage of the Tableau dashboards in Customer Datamart (CDm) portal among BUs and overseas stations

    - Engage BUs and stations on their requirements to develop insightful Tableau dashboards

  • Apply analytics on business problems and hypotheses using Customer Datamart (CDm) data and other datasets to develop insights and recommendations for Business Units       
  • Collaborate with BUs on transversal initiatives to improve customer experience, and support the data analyses required    
  • Perform analytics on customer data to help them to improve customer satisfaction by identifying trends, main issues, focus areas
  • Perform analytics on customer data to help them to increase revenue by identifying customer spending trends and patterns, demographics, etc
  • Work with IT to extract the relevant data to assist BUs to perform analytics. Also with Data Engineers and Scientists to transform data and build data models for segmentation
  • Produce succinct slides to show data charts/trends on focus topics and problem areas
  • Clear presentation to BUs, key stakeholders on analytics findings


Requirements

  • Produce succinct slides to show data charts / trends on focus topics and problem areas
  • Clear presentation to BUs, key stakeholders on analytics done.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx.  Knowing Python, Gen AI and SQL will be an advantage.
  • Analytical, problem solving, collaborative, presentation skills are essential.
