Executive / Senior Executive Design & Development (Lounges)

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Exec/Snr Exec/AM to join our team, focusing on the design and development of inflight amenities. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the end-to-end customer experience by delivering high-quality, innovative, and functional amenities that align with our brand standards

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Design and Development: 
  - Assist to conceptualize, design, and develop SilverKris Lounges (SKLs) and be involved in 3rd party lounge contract management. 
  - Ensure projects meet desirability, viability and feasibility criteria, and 3rd party lounges fit these criteria. 
  

Project Management: 
  - Manage multiple projects from concept through to production and delivery, and 3rd party lounge contracts administration. 
  - Develop and adhere to project timelines, ensuring milestones are met. 
  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including properties, procurement, operations and other BUs to ensure cohesive and comprehensive project execution.  

 

Standards and Performance: 
  - Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies. 
  - Perform competitive analysis and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. 
  - Monitor and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. 

 

Admin, Budgeting and Reporting: 
  - Maintain detailed documentation of contracts, administration and follow through of contract execution together with Procurement colleagues. 
  - Work closely with stations on budget development and monitoring. 
  - Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management. 

 

Other Projects: 
  - Involvement in strategic projects to evaluate policies and commercials related to lounges. Requirements

 

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in product design and development, preferably within the airline or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with design standards and procurement processes.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Strong numerical and presentation skills and adept at Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
