Executive/Snr Executive/Asst Manager Properties (Development)
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SIA's corporate property-related development projects in Singapore and overseas, such as airport lounges, corporate town offices and airport offices. The job will involve handling all aspects of project management including conceptualizing, planning, managing and implementing projects with emphasis on ensuring projects are carried out within the users’ functional and operational requirements, project budget, quality, timeline and according to the technical requirements, statutory compliance and company purchasing guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proper electronic documentation of project data, drawings and manuals.
- Assist in budgeting exercise for both local and overseas projects.
- Proper documentation of payments and claims relating to the projects.
- Conduct tenders/quotations for projects, evaluate submissions, recommend consultant/contractor for award.
- Conduct inspections of works, fittings completed by the Main Contractor.
- Liaise with project consultant / contractor to secure approvals from the local Airport Authority/ local building construction agency for our projects.
- To execute project and construction management while being well versed in contract administration.
- Manage project to achieve timely completion and work within the approved budget.
- Follow up on post construction items for projects such as DLP, final accounts and coordination for handover to maintenance team.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Building Science.
- Competent in AutoCAD / BIM software.
- At least 3 years of Project Management and Contract Administration experience in handling interior design for hospitality projects, space planning and fitting-out works for corporate offices.
- Experience in reviewing construction drawings and editing of drawings using the AutoCAD / BIM software .
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
