Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Finance Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Mail billing is centralised and billed by head office for all stations. Ensure mail billing are performed in a timely manner.
•  Ensure mail revenue are properly accounted for in a timely manner in our books.
• Ensure that mail billing rates are updated in iCargo system and timely follow up with stations for expired rates.
• Ensure that disputes from Postal Authorities for mail billing are genuine, and follow-ups are done for short payments. 
• Ensure that the Outsourced Vendor maintains a high level of professional competency in the area of Mail Processing.  
• Ensure monitoring and timely clearance of suspense accounts.

Requirements

• Possess a diploma.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Fresh diploma holders with no experience are welcome as well.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills.
