Learning Course Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Corporate Learning Centre Department in SIA Human Resources Division. He/she will be responsible for curating, designing and developing skills intervention including instructor-led and e-learning programmes (synchronous and asynchronous), in the domains of Aviation Sales & Marketing and Customer Service.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering Business Units to conduct annual Learning Needs Analysis to identify performance gaps and business requirements for training and advise on learning methodology and structure. 
  • Conduct procurement and appointment of training service providers and perform in-house development using Articulate Storyline, where necessary.
  • Drive network rollout of programmes, from design planning to execution of broad-based and / or targeted learning campaigns, including leveraging online learning resources, for the global workforce or specific employee segments.
  • Partnering the Learner Experience & Future Skills Team (LEFS) in managing employee enrolment for programmes, responding to learner queries and feedback.
  • Utilise SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and Tableau for reporting of learning metrics. 
  • Manage deployment of Instructors & Associate Trainers to ensure sufficiency of programmes to meet business needs. This includes ensuring currency of instructors and associate trainers via appropriate interventions, pre/post course feedback, and regular engagement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to organise and run learning events and activities as required, including the Learning & Innovation For Everyone (LIFE) festival. 

 

Requirements

  • Possess a University Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Between 3 to 8 years working experience is required in any of the following domains: learning & development, sales & marketing, or customer service.
  • Possess an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
  • Possess Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP), will be advantageous.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel pivot table functions. 
  • Basic proficiency with administrator functions of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with e-learning development software, for example, Articulate Storyline, is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with data visualisation software, for example, Tableau, is preferred.
