Learning Solutions Manager (2 Years Contract)
Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of SIA Academy. He/She will lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning solutions that address client needs, drive capability development, and support revenue generation—while ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop both standard and bespoke learning solutions in either in-person or virtual formats, incorporating client context and business needs. Core deliverables include Training Slides, Learner’s Guide, Facilitator’s Guide, and Assessment Plan (where applicable).
- Deliver training programmes to external clients to the expected standards of the Academy.
- Conduct Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions to prepare and coach other facilitators in delivering the training programmes in alignment with Academy standards, across both in-person or virtual formats.
- Continuously enhance and update learning programmes based on key inputs such as client feedback, Course Evaluation Questionnaire (CEQ) scores, evolving industry or market trends, and updates to relevant policies and/or procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert during client engagements, showcasing the Academy’s portfolio of programmes to address client needs and create value-driven learning solutions.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and research for external clients as needed, using appropriate data collection methodologies, such as stakeholder interviews, surveys, focus groups, and mystery shopping.
- Design tailored programme proposals that align with client requirements
- Support client presentations and business development efforts as required.
Requirements
- Possess a University Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in related fields such as Education, Learning & Development.
- WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP), or the prior WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), or the prior WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in learning & development, curriculum design and facilitation of training programmes
- Strong instructional design expertise and experience in designing client-facing or revenue-generating learning solutions
- Proven experience in designing curriculum focused on service and operational excellence, particularly within the operational and/or financial services sectors. A deep understanding of industry-specific processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices is highly advantageous.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, assessment and survey tools, virtual delivery tools (Teams, Zoom). Proficiency in instructional design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) will be advantageous
