Lifestyle Ecosystem Associate (Kris+)
Job Description
From sourcing for new leads, bringing a partner to ‘live’ on Kris+, to solicitating for attractive deals and executing partner campaigns, the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team tasked with acquiring and growing merchant partners, as well as attractive deals for app-users on SIA’s Digital Lifestyle Platform (Kris+).
Key Responsibilities
- Source for and reach out to new merchant leads via various platforms e.g. merchants’ website, merchants’ social media channels, LinkedIn, cold calls and/or physical store visits to get contacts.
- Facilitate scheduling of the introductory meetings, signing of NDA and leading of sales pitch.
- Close commercial negotiations, finalize partnership agreement and bring merchants onboard Kris+.
- Assist in backend system setup and administrative tasks relating to onboarding of partners (see the new partner merchants go LIVE on Kris+!).
- Assist in campaign management such as solicitation of attractive deals and launching partner promotions
- Assist in administrative tasks relating to merchant management including but not limited to general queries handling, following up on finance and payment matters, Merchant Due Diligence / KYC process (where
- required) and termination of partner.
- Other adhoc tasks regarding merchants’ system setup & servicing
- Support User Acceptance Testing (Kris+ customer and merchant app) for launch of new features
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline. Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be digitally savvy and comfortable working with systems and applications
- Good negotiation and communication skills, resourceful team player, self-motivated and able to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions
