Loyalty Marketing Associate (Communications)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team tasked with making KrisFlyer the lifestyle rewards programme of choice in Singapore and beyond. Apply for a role as Loyalty Marketing Associate (Communications), in the Loyalty Marketing Department of Marketing Planning Division, to help to increase awareness of the KrisFlyer brand, drive member acquisitions and improve member engagement through effective communications across all channels, globally. Key responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities

  • Coding, setting up, and troubleshooting eDMs to be sent via Adobe Campaign Management Tool or Insider Omni-Channel Experience platforms
  • Assisting with the management of KrisFlyer-related pages on singaporeair.com and ExperiencesAreMilesBetter.com
  • Writing and publishing articles on ExperiencesAreMilesBetter.com, including resizing and editing key visuals for the articles
  • Fulfilment of wishes for charity partner’s beneficiaries 
  • Coordinating marketing and budget tracking administrative activities 
  • Providing manpower and administrative assistance for on-ground event activities
  • Designing and editing artworks with Adobe Photoshop
  • Designing and layout of inhouse newsletter as well as copywriting and copy editing
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Applicants should ideally have some years of working experience.
  • Diploma with good academic results and must be digitally savvy
  • Well-versed in HTML coding and the use of Microsoft Excel as well as Adobe Photoshop
  • Applicants must be meticulous, creative, have an eye for detail and possess good communication and written skills.
  • A responsible team player with a high standard of excellence.
  • Work independently as well as be able to multi-task.
  • Supportive/proactive and be able to work well in a team.
