Loyalty Marketing Associate (Priority Passenger Services)

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Priority Passenger Services (PPS) Department in SIA Loyalty Marketing Division. He/she will be part of a dynamic team that provides superior customer service to PPS Club members in Singapore.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and operational support to the team 
  • Manage the PPS Club mailbox
  • Generate reports from internal customer platforms to support daily servicing functions, as well as for data analysis and review
  • Assist in hosting and registration duties at PPS Club events
  • Ensure the dissemination of escalated correspondence for follow up action, and responding to PPS Club members’ general queries
  • Provide logistical support such as arranging for delivery of gifts to members and preparing event deliverables, including upkeeping of records of corporate gift inventories
  • Design and develop the content and HTML for eDMs sent out to members, and update event-related pages on the company’s website
     

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline 
  • Knowledge and experience in HTML coding and eDM content creation an added advantage
  • Digitally savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, primarily Excel
  • Highly motivated and meticulous
  • Good team player who can also act as independent contributor
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Resourceful and adaptable
