Regional Sales Planning Executive

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the South-East Asia (SEAsia) Regional Sales Planning team in SIA's Sales & Marketing Division.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide rigorous and data-driven planning, performance management, pricing, and analytics for the SEAsia stations.
  • Distribute the annual station passenger revenue target to the key Origin and Destination (ODs) at the stations.
  • Execute sales steering analysis and assign sales targets to the corporate & agency sales teams and grow revenue on assigned ODs.
  • Implement appropriate pricing strategies to match market demand and grow overall revenue for assigned ODs.
  • Partner sales and marketing teams to develop initiatives to drive growth in specific market segments, corporate accounts and agency accounts.
  • Develop effective distribution and channel management in the assigned SEAsia markets.
  • Perform regular ODs analysis and ensure that SIA maintains relevant revenue contribution for the key market segments in the rapidly changing market environment.
  • Executive regular review and analysis of the contribution of top corporates and agency accounts on the key ODs.
  • Drive productivity and standardisation of reports and data presentation for the team and stations.

 

Requirements

  • Possess a university bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business/Marketing.
  • Prior experience in airline inventory and pricing management is an advantage.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing jobs, with data analysis background, is preferred.
  • Able to build and maintain open and trusting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and highly motivated to achieve optimum results.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good planning and organisation skills.
