Job Description

The successful candidate will use his/her knowledge of schedules, inventory, codeshare and reservation to support the company's commercial needs and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Timely review, update and clearance of flight schedule changes, both operating and codeshare for manual handling in the Altea Inventory system.
• Manage and implement passenger rebooking policies as a result of above flight schedule change.
• Liaise with other SQ departments for testing and flight schedule matters.
• Action ad-hoc schedule requests (e.g. test flight creation, updates on preferred availability display) from other operational departments.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in airline industry, especially schedules and reservations, will be in advantage.
• Comfortable to work in a team and support each other in the team.
