Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Flight Operations Talent Management

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Crew & Division Department in Flight Operations Division.   He/She will undertakes the administration of aircrew movement exercises, appointments, and development. 


Key responsibilities

  • Data preparation and administration of pilot selection for fleet movement, instructor appointments and command training.
  • Recruitment of suitable cadet and direct entry pilots to meet Company’s operational requirements.
  • Administration of Management Pilot selection and appointment, including appointment of post-holders.
  • Provide data and information to support fleet management in addressing queries from line pilots.
  • Conduct of HR related activities and administration for Flight Operations Division. 
  • Any other duties or projects as may be assigned by Vice President Flight Operations (Crew & Division Services). 


Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelors Degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be an effective team member.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A high comfort level with data and data analysis.
  • Analytical and thorough in preparation of work materials.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and conscientious to meet timeline of assignment.
  • Digital savviness and an openness to innovate.
