Job Description

The role of Inflight Operations Specialist at Singapore Airlines is a critical position within the Customer Experience Division, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the airline's renowned 6-star cabin experience. This multifaceted role involves overseeing various aspects of inflight operations, from service partner management to process improvement and quality control.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal inflight operations by managing partnerships, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement. They will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service across various touchpoints, including catering, aircraft cleaning, and laundry services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Partner Management: Overseeing and collaborating with service partners to maintain high standards and drive efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conducting regular operational compliance checks and audits to ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying gaps and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency, including the design of IT applications.
  • Financial Management: Monitoring budgets, verifying invoices, and identifying cost-cutting measures.
  • Standards and Procedures: Maintaining and updating operational manuals and procedures, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
  • Customer Experience: Monitoring and addressing customer feedback to maintain service quality.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and developing support staff to ensure optimal performance.

 

The successful candidate will need a degree in any discipline, with experience in operations being an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline
  • Possess work experience in operations would be an advantage
