Senior Executive Corporate HR Administration

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide end-to-end HR operations support for the Managers and above group, while delivering deliver high-quality executive secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Vice President Human Resources (SVPHR). This role ensures accurate workforce administration, strict confidentiality, and seamless execution of the SVPHR's office operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

A. Manager Administration 

  • Manage workforce administration lifecycle processes for Managers and above group (e.g., appointments, transfers, promotions, offboarding); ensure completeness and accuracy of all records.
  • Maintain data integrity in HR systems through regular checks, reconciliations, and periodic data clean-up; ensure accuracy for payroll processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Prepare and deliver HR reports and analytics, including headcount movements, workforce metrics, statutory/regulatory reporting, and sustainability reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Manager Administration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and internal controls.
  • Support the Total Rewards team with activities such as annual salary reviews, Associate promotions, staff recognition programme and other ad hoc activities.

 

B. Executive Secretarial Support (SVPHR)

  • Provide confidential executive support to the SVPHR (e.g. calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials).


Requirements

  • Possess a University Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business or in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR operations experience.
  • Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
