Job Description
The Company will be embarking on an ERP implementation and is looking for candidates with experience with SAP S/4 HANA or leading ERP systems. Reporting to Projects & Continuous Improvement Manager and working closely with respective Functional Managers, the Accountant plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring projects align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.
Responsibilities
1.Initiate, support and monitor systems and continuous improvement projects for the Division and ensure it aligns with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap
2.Engage in system implementation of end-to-end processes relating to Record to Report, Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay
3.Point of contact between appointed system implementor (SI), PMO, IT Departments of the company, Business Divisions and project team
4.Lead/Prepare monthly Division Systems and Projects meetings
5.Responsible for and coordinates administrative matters of the Division and Project team
6.Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
1.CA/CPA with Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent preferred
2.At least 2 years of relevant experience in systems implementation or managing systems or continuous improvement projects, with a focus in end-to-end Record to Report, Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes
3.Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC 6.0 FICO modules, budgeting or group consolidation tools will be an advantage
4.Specific knowledge of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPm), SAC Planning and SAP BPC or experienced in data migration of above-mentioned processes preferred
5.Good understanding of finance processes, financial reporting, performance management and group consolidation or experience leading systems implementation will be a plus
6.Must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in cross-cultural and matrix reporting environment
7.Good team player, self-motivated with positive working attitude
8.Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, high volume environment or ambiguous situations
