Role Accountabilities
Learning and Development
• Oversee annual Learning Needs Analysis exercise in the Company
• Curate suitable training and learning programmes to meet the Company’s learning needs.
• Be able to conduct and/or facilitate leadership and soft skills training after development of course content.
• Coordinate and liaise with training vendors for programmes that are unable to be delivered inhouse.
• Oversee payment process for vendors, ensuring payments are made on time
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Analyse course effectiveness and suggest improvements where needed.
Employee Experience
• Clear mapping of training curriculum against Company’s Competency framework, so that staff can map their own development.
• Manage onboarding programs for AOs and above to facilitate assimilation and improve employee experience and effectiveness.
• To research, recommend and implement best practices to drive the Company’s strategic HR objectives and enhance employee experience in the aspect of learning and development.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in learning and development.
• ACTA certification is advantageous.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work across departments.
Professional Skills
• Good knowledge of talent management and talent development practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and LMS systems, with the ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders and persuade them to adopt strategic initiatives.
• Results-driven and highly collaborative with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent communication skills with good ability to present one’s ideas with conviction and persuasively.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
• Self-driven, resilient with a growth mindset.
