Base Maintenance Check Packaging Executive

Job Description: 

• Oversees the pre-induction preparation of aircraft maintenance check in accordance with package reviewed and approved by customer / airlines.
• Facilitate and chair input meetings for aircraft induction into hangars.
• Drive continuous improvements initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of overall planning department.
• The control, administration and allocation of duties of all staff under his / her charge.
• The forecasting, budgeting, planning, provisioning and training of staff within the section.
• Coordinate the general training requirements of the department.
• Liaise with other divisions, fleet technical management (FTM) and customers in relation to aircraft maintenance check pre-induction preparation.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
• Team player with good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Some SAP knowledge will be advantageous
• Related working experience in Base Maintenance / aircraft hangar work environment would be advantageous 

Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Senior Executive or Executive depending on experience and qualifications.
