Check Packaging Planner

Roles and responsibilities

• Liaise with relevant stakeholders on queries relating to the aircraft maintenance work package
• Creation of aircraft maintenance check package revision
• Preparation and distribution of Works Program for the aircraft maintenance check
• Preparation and distribution of the Daily Shortage Sheet (DSS)
• Raising of Purchase Request (PR) for Purchase On Behalf (POB)
• Preparation and distribution of Planned Transit Listing for In-house and Out-house repair / exchange / overhaul
• Set up Input Meeting [virtual or physical meeting] including invitation of customer reps
• Adherence to Planning milestones
• Liaise with Standards and/or Check Planner on details of the aircraft maintenance work package
• Preparation and distribution of Bill of Material (BOM) required for the aircraft maintenance check
• Preparation and distribution of Bill of Tool (BOT) required for the aircraft maintenance check
• Preparation of task cards and attachment, including trade and area stamping, required for aircraft maintenance check
• Uploading of the SAP orders for the aircraft maintenance check
• Such other duties as assigned by the MPS (3P Check Packaging).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
• Team player with good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, having some experience working with Microsoft Excel and using simple formulas, filtering, sorting would be advantageous)
• Some SAP knowledge will be advantageous
• Related working experience in Base Maintenance work environment would be advantageous
• Ability to appropriately engage with customer (primarily via emails and phone calls)
• Ability to adhere to timelines and milestones
