Job Description
1. Monitoring, controlling, planning, and supporting the day-to-day aircraft handling operation in Line Maintenance in the provision of aircraft maintenance and repair in accordance with the Singapore Airworthiness Requirements and company’ requirements.
2. Verifying that all planned and ad-hoc revenue initiative tasks are accomplished before declaring aircraft serviceable
3. Carry out Safety Briefing to operational staff.
4. Prepare reports and analysis for revenue and cost for the department.
5. Prepare revenue and cost initiatives for the department.
6. Preparing quotations for technical handling, servicing, and maintenance charges.
7. Prepare and review the capital and operating budgets for his departments and makes recommendations for manpower, and equipment necessary for the efficient operation of his departments.
8. The general organization, control, and discipline of staff in the departments.
9. Ensures the timely and accurate billing of customers for services rendered.
10. Co-ordinates with all departments and prepare the Division’s capital and operating budget.
11. Ensuring that necessary corrective actions, resulting from the quality compliance monitoring and audit program, are pursued.
12. The daily operations, general administration, and supervision of all the staff in MO
13. Up keeping of the departmental facilities, equipment, tools, and vehicles.
14. Ensuring safety rules and regulation are complied with.
15. Assists in the investigation of customers’ complaints, any other reports and takes the necessary corrective actions.
16. Reviewing and implementing work processes to improve efficiency
17. Evaluating ground equipment and tooling for purchase to meet all the operational requirements of his department.
18. Ensures operations / training records are upkeep and coordinates for authority / customers audits
19. Such other duties as assigned to him by the Manager or VP Line Maintenance
Requirements:
1. Good Degree in any discipline

2. Working experience in the Aerospace industry will have an added advantage

3. Excellent communication skills (written, oral, strong presentation with storytelling skills) and the ability to connect positively to influence leadership and all levels of the organization

4. Good team player and able to collaborate as well as communicate effectively with all levels in the organization

5. Ability to work independently with excellent organisational and planning skills
