Quality Assurance Executive

The QE (QA) are responsible to MQ of ASPL for the following:

1. Evaluate and perform acceptance assessment through desktop and onsite audit on Part 145 Repair vendors, Sub-contractors and Material & Parts distributors for new and renewal of ASPL applications
2. Control and management of SIAEC’s Approval Service Provider List.
3. Monitoring the expiry of ASPL and recommends for renewal based on satisfactory assessment.
4. Perform day-to day administration of ASPL section including filing and organization of audit applications, reports, issuance of letters of approval, withdrawal, suspension, etc.
5. Perform internal quality audits of all work areas within SIA Engineering Company, to ensure that systems, products, services and activities are in conformance with:
   1. Requirements stipulated in applicable airworthiness regulations for the time being in force.
   2. Safety and quality standards described in the Company's exposition documents.
   3. Established standard practices and procedures.
   4. National and international quality standards under accreditation schemes supported and subscribed to by the Company, including ISO 9001 / AS 9100 standards.
6. External audits and quality reviews whenever there is need to verify quality standards and airworthiness compliance status of suppliers/contractors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Min. 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably within an aerospace MRO environment. Fresh graduate with Engineering / Aeronautical background may be considered.
• Possess a good understanding of regulatory standards and requirements as set by CAAS, EASA, and FAA. Familiarity with the specific requirements of 14CFR Part 145 or EASA Part 145 is a plus.
• Capable of implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System, which is vital to ensuring the quality and safety of our operations.
• Proficient in conducting internal and external audits to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions. This includes data analysis, trend analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with various teams, including maintenance, engineering, and management. Leadership skills are also crucial for leading and motivating the quality team and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• In the aviation industry, precision is paramount. You should possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation, meticulous record-keeping, and strict adherence to procedures.
