Job Description
1. Lead a team of planners and manage SIAEC Fleet Management Program (i.e. Fleet Technical Management, FTM & Inventory Technical Management, ITM)
2. Be the main point of contact for customers and manage customer accounts
3. Conduct active monitoring of FMP customers’ fleet health & performance
4. Liaise with internal divisions/departments and external service providers to ensure that customers’ requests and requirements are met
5. Coordinate and manage the recovery of ad-hoc, urgent and AOG fleet issues
6. Attend to daily operation components requirement of customers’ fleet to close defect logs and maintenance checks requirements.
7. Coordinate and manage component requirements to support checks and maintenance of ITM customer aircraft undergoing MRO activities in 3rd party MRO service provider’s facility.
8. Respond to ITM contractual or ad-hoc operational enquiries from ITM customers. Overall coordinator of ITM operation and contract related matters internally and externally
9. Coordinate and attend various level of customers service review meetings. Travel to customers’ main base or designated cities when required
10. Prepare inventory and management reports. ITM contract KPIs management. Resolve ITM customers invoice disputes and ensure timely debt collection.
11. Conduct active monitoring and reporting of contractual KPI
Requirements:
1. Degree holder
2. Working experience in inventory management/logistics supply chain/MRO in the aviation industry would be an advantage.
3. At least 2 years working/professional experience. Working experience in the aviation industry would be preferred.
4. Good communication and writing skills
5. Customer orientated and excellent interpersonal skill
6. Able to think analytically and make good judgment
7. Advance computer skills in Microsoft Excel would be an advantage
