Job Description
This role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience and establish a strong footing in the aviation industry. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including service delivery, data analysis, continuous improvement and resource management. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage resources and assets, explore innovative technologies, and monitor and control costs, all while maintaining a keen understanding of business financials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing day-to-day operations and managing a team to fulfil aircraft component requests.
2. Lead a team to manage the repair cycle of aircraft components.
3. Seek out partners and network within the industry to effectively manage and grow the repair supplier network.
4. Communicating with customers and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
5. Preparation or assisting in the preparation of commercial offers for component services.
6. Analyzing component removal trends to make informed recommendations.
7. Calculating and recommending the optimum float level to support our customers.
8. Work together with the Company’s divisions in new product development.
9. Experience with IT/SAP and Process enhancement skills is an advantage
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.
2. Prior working experience within the aviation industry is advantageous but not necessary.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to integrate multiple ideas and information from across various fields.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to establish team effectiveness and manage partnerships to create a cooperative working environment which enables the achievement of goals.
6. Willingness to travel internationally.
7.Flexible, curious and creative, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas.
