Job Description

Senior/Executive Continuous Improvement will assist to facilitate and lead activities of the Continuous Improvement, Transformation and Culture Change programmes through the execution of the lean initiatives, process re-engineering, change interventions, organization development and promulgation of continuous improvement mindsets. In addition, he/she will also assist to strengthen the overall framework of workshop through the accreditation of Enterprise Operations Standards.  


Responsibilities
1. Support in the preparation, implementation and management of the various programmes for the workshop.
2. Assist to review, strengthen and execute projects’ implementation plan and business plan for the division.
3. Facilitate the implementation through the project cycle framework, etc.
4. Review and set standards in workflow and problem resolution processes to ensure consistency and harmonisation across the division. 
5. Review the division’s Lean capability needs and work with the Lean Academy and Transformation Office to coordinate the training of facilitators, specialists and staff to sustain high standards of staff proficiency,
6. Facilitate and lead the Lean deployment efforts through establishing corporate Kaizen and continuous improvement events.
7. Promulgate continuous improvement mindsets; assist to review and execute staff engagement plans and other change management activities.
8. Support in the engagement of staff in the division, to achieve sharing of best practices, improvement updates, etc. 
9. Assist in measuring and analysing the effectiveness of improvement processes and performing benchmarking exercise.
10. Assist to prepare and report in various forums on the progress of projects.
11. Carry out any other duties as assigned.


Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or relevant quantitative disciplines with min 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in Lean implementation. 
2. Strong skillsets in Lean principles
3. Open mindedness to approach problems from various angles
4. Good project management skills  
5. Effective collaboration, communication and stakeholders’ management skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive changes among operational and business
