- Schedule and coordinate engine inductions, maintenance activities, and deliveries to ensure alignment with production plans and customer requirements
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams to align schedules with resource availability, capacity constraints, and customer commitments
- Track and manage the critical path for all engines and modules, proactively identifying risks and implementing follow up action plans with relevant stakeholders
- Lead daily Operation Control Center (OCC) meetings with key stakeholders - including Gate Leaders, Engineering teams and Engine Owners to track progress of maintenance activities at all the Engine Gates, resolve bottlenecks to meet Turnaround Time (TAT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets
- Coordinate and drive immediate recovery actions with relevant stakeholders to address operational constraints such parts shortage, tooling issues, manpower availability and shop capacity
- Develop, maintain and govern the master engine maintenance task list and respective lead times, ensuring accurate planning and execution
- Support demand planning and capacity management to anticipate future workload requirements
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Digitalization initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy, efficiency and streamline operational work flows
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements throughout the scheduling process
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor/Honours degree in Aeropace, Mechanical, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Effective communication and stakeholders’ management skills, with a proven ability to influence and lead
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-pace environment while maintaining attention to details
- Must be familiar with SAP & MS Office suite of products
- Relevant experience in Engine MRO, Manufacturing or Aerospace industry is a plus
