Senior / Officer (Customer Support Ops)

Responsibilities
1. Monitor customer spare requirement and liaise with various departments to activate, track, and expedite on the replenishment of on-site inventory upon usage.
2. Act as customer account planner and point of contact for customer enquiries on material requirement.
3. Initiate loan/exchange/purchase activities to support material shortages.
4. Monitor EDD and AWB information and accurately update the Web portal.
5. Weekly reporting at Customer operations meeting on spares status.
6. Raise Purchase Requisition (PRs)for Class C and D components.
7. Follow up on operations spares issuance for closure; handling of administrative functions relating to customer’s spare orders.
8. Providing timely responses to customers’ queries and requests.
Requirements:
1. Possess Diploma in an Engineering Field with at least 2 years of working experience in the aviation industry.
2. Working experience in material management in the aviation industry would be an advantage. Candidates with experience in inventory management in other industries would also be considered.
3. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Good human relations skills.
5. Ability to learn fast and willingness to take up additional responsibilities.
6. Proficiency with SAP will be advantageous.
7. Customer-centric with the ability to adapt to different types of characters
