Senior Supply Chain Projects Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:
•    Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA for warehousing and logistics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
•    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain managers, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure a clear understanding of the current AS-IS state, processes and relationships.
•    Understand business requirements and provide guidance to consultants to map the To-Be state, to propose solutions that meet objectives, drive continuous improvements, and transform the way we use SAP
•    Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP S/4 HANA modules to meet specific warehousing and logistics needs.
•    Manage the cleansing and migration of existing data to the new SAP S/4 HANA system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
•    Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the system’s functionality, ensuring it meets user requirements, and identifying any issues before full deployment
•    Work with Change Management teams to ensure a smooth transition, addressing stakeholder concerns, and providing adequate training and support to all users
•    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
•    Monitor and report project status to the steering committee
•    Carry out any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience Levels:
•    Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Operations or Engineering
•    At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in Warehouse & Logistics
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office
•    Proficient in SAP applications such as S/4 HANA, SAP WMS/EWM
•    Prior experience in system implementation is a plus
•    Ability to manage multiple duties and responsibilities at one time
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
•    Effective communication and collaboration abilities
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
