1. Identify and establish an extensive vendor network that is able to support repair activities for existing and potential Inventory Technical Management (ITM) customers.
2. Evaluate and negotiate with vendors for fixed preferential repair rates and terms.
3. Coordinating between relevant internal/external stakeholders to review vendor performance.
4. Identification of high cost repair / high volume repair parts with potential for cost savings through sourcing for alternate repair support programs.
5. Tracking of existing agreements and following up on contract re-negotiations / extensions.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Degree in an Engineering field from a recognized university
2. Working experience in repair management or vendor management in the aviation industry would be an advantage. Candidate with experience in inventory management would also be considered
3. At least 2 years working/professional experience. Working experience in the aviation industry would be preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Good communication and writing skills
6. Able to think analytically and make good judgment even under stressful condition
7. Advance computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and Visual Basic would be an advantage
