Senior/Officer, Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory levels and recommend optimal float levels for Rotables to meet customer demands and operational needs.
• Collaborate with the Administrative Officer to develop and implement inventory optimization strategies.
• Facilitate the procurement process for new or replacement Rotables, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient procurement operations.
• Source and obtain quotations from OEMs or vendors for repair services.
• Process and review repair quotations, preparing a consolidated Quotation Summary (QS) for vendor selection.
• Maintain and update repair vendor databases to ensure accurate information is readily available.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory planning, procurement, and vendor communications to support reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and streamline operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrative Officer or superiors to support the objectives of the Component Services team.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma in an Engineering field
• At least 2 years working/professional experience. Working experience in the aviation industry would be preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to think analytically
• Advance computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, and Tableau would be an advantage
